There are alot of moving parts in a renovation project! There is choosing the right trades, then booking and scheduling them so that the project flows efficiently. You need to order the materials, finishes and fixtures, coordinate the delivery of them, ensure all has arrived where needed and if something isn’t quite right you need to deal with that asap to ensure things are not held up. Something the project doesn’t go as planned, unforeseen issues with the job-site, back orders, scheduling conflicts.  Our project management service takes the stress out of your hands so all you need to do is adjust your routines slightly to live throughout the renovation of your home while we take care of all those moving parts for you.  As your Project Manager, Simply Design will take care of all the ordering, scheduling and coordination of things for you, advocate for you, problem solve and ensure your project stays on track and if things veer off track, Simply Design will deal with that to ensure all gets back on track.
